Her professional career started with engineering restaurants until she decided that designing and creating confident smiles was the best application of her engineering background. She went on to graduate first in her class at VCU School of Dentistry and complete a 2 year orthodontic residency at the University of Louisville. Now she’s engineering beautiful smiles for her patients and loving bringing joy and confidence to Virginia Beach and Chesapeake.
Dr. Oakley has been married to Will since 2012, and they have been blessed with two wonderful children. Not only is Will a wonderful husband and father, he also has a Masters Degree in IT Management and runs the IT for the office. Dr. Oakley and her family enjoy spending time outside hiking, playing at the beach, skiing, or finding their next adventure!
Dr. Oakley is a member of the American Board of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, Virginia Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and the Women’s Dental Network.
